According
to the Wikipedia,
"Podcasting is the distribution of audio or video files,
such as radio programs or music videos, over the Internet
using either RSS or Atom syndication for listening on mobile
devices and personal computers." Basically, it's an
online show (either audio or video) that you can subscribe
to so that you can watch it when and where you'd like. There
are a huge variety of podcasts out there and we highly suggest
you check them out!
How often do
you update the Switch podcast?
We currently update Switch
once a month but we would like to eventually increase them
to bi-monthly. You'll definitely want to subscribe to our
feed (through iTunes
or your preferred server) and sign up for our newsletter
to find out when the new podcasts are posted.
What's
the difference between your blog and podcast?
While our podcast may only be updated twice a month, you
can always come back to check out the Shop
The Switchboards' blog. We're lucky to have great contributing
writers who love indie shops as much as we do and are writing
about it on the STSB blog! Don't forget to sign up to the
blog
feed to get updates.
